Ironclad Academy of the Sword (Castleforge Photography 2025)-435

Knights in shining armour

Spiral Dance

Fusing folk-lore and legend with a good heady serve of pagan mystery, Spiral Dance presents an eclectic blend of traditional English folk-rock with powerful self-penned songs and tunes. Rousing melodies intertwine with mythical tales that will spirit you into the realms of magic and the mists of ancient time – this is music that will rock your ancestors!

TFF

The Fleurieu Fiddlers

FUN is the name of the game here as a bunch of technically accomplished musicians are let off the leash with their Caledonian, Hibernian and Medieval mix of music and mayhem.

Having recently emerged from a larger orchestral collective, the Fleurieu Fiddlers are Multi-instrumentalists who's sum is definitely greater than it's stringy parts.

Primarily driven by fiddles, the TFF pay homage to the best of Celtic classics played with all the unruly irreverence of a lock in.

Launching into their jigs or reels, TFF's energy and passion will have your legs going whether the rest of you agrees or not; their occasional ballad will leave you reflective and wistful, and their overall effort may just have you arrested.

But don't worry, they'll be in the next cell happily playing to you!

What you can look forward to!

Just some of the things you will see at next year's event.
